Post-High School Pathways & Finding Your Dot

Discovering a post-high school pathway is an essential part of a young person’s Thread journey. Whether that pathway includes a two- or four-year college degree, entrepreneurship, straight to workforce, or a certification program, our goal is to support young people in finding their “dot”–the intersection of one’s skills and passions with what the world needs.

Thread brings together collaborators throughout the Baltimore region to equip young people with the resources they need to achieve their goals and post-high school success. When Keontay, a Thread young person, graduated high school he knew that he wanted to support himself and his family through a trade. This summer he’s completing an HVAC training program with ABC Construction.
